Most Meetings Are Held Via Zoom
The public is welcome to attend our meetings - please phone ahead or send an email (mail@smmtc.org) so that we know to expect you.
General Rule Regarding Board Meetings: January through September, we meet the 4th Thursday of the month except in April. We do not meet in August due to so many people being away on vacation. October's meeting is an annual dinner meeting and is held at a location announced in September. In November and December we meet the 1st Thursday of the month due to the holidays.
At the moment, most meetings are via ZOOM. Email us prior to the meeting you would like to attend for an invitation.
