Cutting back overgrown brush
Cleaning & installing drains
Repairing erosion damage
Re-aligning trail segments

The forces of Nature (Rain, Gravity and Fire) often wreak havoc on the trails we love. Trails are not permanent and can disappear quickly if they are neglected. Be a part of our mission and work with us to preserve trails in the Santa Monica Mountains!

The Santa Monica Mountains Trails Council, a volunteer nonprofit organization, is dedicated to establishing, preserving and maintaining the public trail system throughout the Santa Monica Mountains and adjacent areas through education, advocacy and partnership with public and private sectors.
